iTrent and my.HR unavailable on 31 March

iTrent and my.HR – the University’s online HR systems, which include the job vacancies website – will be unavailable on Thursday 31 March from 7am.

You will therefore not be able to complete or submit any online job applications that day for Loughborough-advertised posts.

Online payslips for the March salary payment will be available to staff on 30 March, a day earlier than usual. The monthly salary payment itself will be unaffected.

iTrent administrators will be unable to undertake any of the usual HR activity managed through iTrent on 31 March, including:

−      uploading or accessing any recruitment documentation, including job applications, advertising requests, shortlists, interview schedules, and Requests to Offer contracts

−      authorising pay claims from University teachers

−      recording staff absence

−      uploading any documentation or dates relating to the PDR or probation processes

−      updating the personal details of staff.

If you are due to advertise a job vacancy shortly, please avoid setting 31 March as the deadline for receipt of applications. Please contact the Recruitment Team (, 222169) if you have any queries.
