Perfect your pruning and planting at Fruit Routes event

The Fruit Routes project is holding a free ‘Pruning & Planting’ event this month for staff, students and members of the local community.

Sessions are being held on Friday 14 and Saturday 15 February and include a fruit tree pruning workshop and planting session along the University’s Fruit Route, with free soup for all those who take part.

Schedule
  • Friday 10am - 1pm: Pruning workshop with Phil Corbett (Cool Temperature Nursery)
  • Friday 1.30 - 3.30pm: Fruit tree pruning on campus
  • Saturday 11am - 2pm: Fruit tree planting at Barefoot Orchard (opposite University Library)
