Win from Within: A sport psychology series

About this event

The 'Win from Within' series at Loughborough Sport is dedicated to unlocking the full potential of every athlete, regardless of their experience or sporting background.

These workshops are designed to introduce you to the power of sport psychology and how it can optimise your development both within and outside of sport.

This series, comprised of three workshops, will delve into the essential mental skills that underpin athletic development, providing you with both insight and practical strategies. Whether you're a seasoned competitor or just starting your athletic journey, these workshops will equip you with the tools you need to thrive.

Led by practitioners of the Loughborough Applied Psychology Service (LAPS), each workshop will focus on a different aspect of mental performance.

The workshops are as follows:

  • Thursday 9 May: Perfecting pre-performance preparation
  • Thursday 23 May: Thriving under the pressures of competition
