Managing Anxiety

About this event

Anxiety is our body’s natural response to perceived threat and often leaves us with feelings of worry, fear or unease. In small doses, anxiety is helpful. It protects us from danger and focuses our attention on problems. When anxiety is too severe, or occurs too frequently, it can become debilitating.

In this workshop, we will explore ideas of how to recognise what is happening when you experience anxiety, and strategies to begin managing different reactions.
