Pop-up Maker Space: Corner page holders

Take a break and get creative at LU Arts' free lunchtime drop-in for students and staff.

Join the first Pop-up Maker Space of the academic year, with quick and simple creative activities suitable for all. Everyone knows that it’s good to take a break from your desk or screens for a short while, and doing something creative can be great for your wellbeing. Whether you’ve got 15mins or an hour, there’s something you can make or do in the time you have.

Each Pop-up session has a different focus, which is self-led with simple instructions to follow if needed. In addition to this, there are basic art materials available at every session for you to use, including paper, paints, origami and colouring sheets.

At this month’s Pop-up, make a simple page clip or corner page holder to brighten up your reading and note-taking. A quick and practical creative activity for the start of term.

An Arts Events Assistant will be on hand to welcome you and chat!

The Pop-up Maker Space takes place on the fourth Thursday of the month in different locations on campus from 12.30pm - 2.30pm. Keep an eye on our website for details of each session.
