Anxiety is our body’s natural response to perceived threat and often leaves us with feelings of worry, fear or unease. In small doses, anxiety is helpful. It protects us from danger and focuses our attention on problems. When anxiety is too severe, or occurs too frequently, it can become debilitating. In this workshop we will explore some ideas of how to recognise what is happening and strategies to begin the manage different reactions. Open to Loughborough and London students.
