Maia London hosts a hybrid panel discussion for International Women's Day, in collaboration with the Parents and Carers Staff Network, followed by a light lunch.

Event schedule:

11am-11.45am: Panel Discussion: Hear from staff and managers about lived experiences of flexible working and managing their roles alongside other responsibilities including:

  • Returning from parental leave- compressed working
  • Moving to Part Time work
  • Supporting children and parents simultaneously
  • Managing work alongside health priorities

11.45am-12.10pm: Flexible Working in Practice: Carolyn Kennedy (HR business partner) will share:

  • Examples of good practice
  • Guidance for line managers
  • An overview of flexible working options and how to use them effectively

12.10pm-12.30pm: Key Reflections & Q&A

12.30pm-1pm: In person formal Lunch & Networking
