Holocaust Memorial Day Vigil 2026
Holocaust Memorial Day is recognised annually across the world to remember the six million Jews who were murdered during the Holocaust, as well as the millions of other people killed from 1933-1945 under Nazi persecution and in genocides across the world.
A vigil will be held at the Hazlerigg Fountain at 4pm, led by lead Chaplain Revd Elizabeth York, containing a short service of reflection and remembrance, with readings, poems and silence.
All staff and students are welcome to attend.
