Call for Participants: Views on conditions affecting memory & cognitive function

We are looking for members of the public to take part in a short interview online or on campus. We want to learn about public awareness of conditions that affect memory and cognitive function (e.g mild cognitive impairment, dementia).
You do not need any expertise to take part.
Who can take part?
Anyone aged 18 years or above can take part, including:
- Members of the general public
- University staff and students
- Health and social care professionals
- Family members of people who live with memory conditions
Participants must have capacity to fully understand and consent to this research.
What does taking part involve?
- Short interview online or on campus.
- The interview will be scheduled at a time that suits you.
- Complete a brief demographics questionnaire.
- All information provided will be strictly confidential.
What are the benefits to taking part?
- Could help to improve our understanding of public awareness of memory conditions.
- Contribute to research in the School of Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences.
- Contribute to research being conducted by final year psychology students, under the supervision of Dr Eithne Heffernan.
