If you win a Brighter Futures Grant, you can use the money on whatever you choose, whether that’s rent, bills, study equipment, or everyday living costs.
You can apply if you are:
- A current student aged 18 or over;
- An undergraduate or postgraduate;
- A full-time or part-time student.
You do not need to bank with Santander to apply.
Applying is simple:
- Register for Santander Open Academy.
- Verify your email address.
- Log in and select 'Get Started'.
- Choose Loughborough University and complete your application.
Applications close at 11.59pm on 3 December 2026.
