#Me is an external student support initiative developed by Loughborough Business School alum Megan Gamble. The free-to-access course has been designed by students, for students and is peer led to ensure it is relatable and easy to engage with.
#Me is an opportunity to:
- improve your wellbeing, resilience, self-awareness and confidence;
- learn new coping strategies and form healthy habits;
- form connections in a supportive and relatable student community;
- develop your employable skills, improve self-reflection and enhance your CV;
- complete areas of the Personal Best Badge.
The course is available to and beneficial for all students, from undergraduate students (including those on placement years) to postgraduate students and doctoral researchers. Once signed up, you’ll be allocated to a group with around five other like-minded students to meet over a 12-week period starting from 26 October 2026.
Each week, you’ll explore a different topic in a relaxed, supportive environment where you can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable. Trained student volunteers will provide guidance and practical resources to support your wellbeing as a student and beyond. The tools you learn in the course won’t just help you during your degree - taking the time to better yourself with #Me will also support your professional development. At the end of the course, you will be awarded a completion certificate.

98% of the 5,000+ attendees surveyed from the last eight years recommended #Me to their friends and coursemates, with many saying it has been “life-changing”. Read the student reviews online.
The deadline to sign-up is 16 October 2026. Places are limited, so sign up soon to take part.
