Intermittent Wi-Fi network disruptions

There are ongoing intermittent Wi-Fi network connectivity problems. The problem occurs when devices move between Wireless Access Points.

The Wi-Fi can take up to two or three minutes to reconnect and then connects normally, until the device moves again.

The network outage yesterday occurred when IT colleagues attempted to extract the log files for the problem. IT Services are investigating this as a matter of urgency and offer apologies for any inconvenience caused.
