Update: Intermittent Wi-Fi connectivity issues

Following the initial network disruption on Monday, intermittent Wi-Fi connectivity issues continue to affect some users.

The issue is more pronounced if you frequently move between rooms as your devices connect to different wireless access points. This can cause a delay of several minutes before reconnecting. Once reconnected, the Wi-Fi operates normally until the device moves again.

IT Services are continuing to work with our supplier (Cisco) to identify the root cause and associated fix. We are closely monitoring the situation to see if this has resolved the issue.
