Status update: Intermittent Wi-Fi connectivity issues

IT Services staff have been actively monitoring the busiest locations on campus and have altered some configuration settings to ensure the Wi-Fi network has remained stable with the large volume of devices using the network each day.

We continue to work closely with the University’s supplier to investigate the root cause of the issue, and we hope to share plans for implementing a long-term solution in the near future.

If you experience any issue with loading Internet sites after connecting to eduroam, please report this to the IT Service Desk, ensuring the following details are included in the subject line: Intermittent Wi-Fi issue with… (include the device and location).
