Survey Season is here: Have your say with the 2025 Staff Experience Survey The Staff Experience Survey is an opportunity for you to share your thoughts about working here. It’s a platform for you to have your say and for the University to understand what’s important to you. The survey will run from 3 November – 30 November 2025 and only takes about 10 minutes to complete. Bringing history to life with holographic AI avatars The AI in Education Practice Group (AIED) in the Department of Computer Science, working with colleagues in the School of Design and Creative Arts (SDCA), has built a holographic conversational avatar system that lets students and staff talk with carefully curated representations of historical figures. Professor of Cyber Security launches A to Z of AI children’s book Oli Buckley, Professor in Cyber Security at Loughborough University, has developed an A to Z of AI children’s books, designed to introduce young readers to cyber concepts from an early age, given AI will impact their lives and careers.
