Institute of Advanced Studies Open House

The Institute of Advanced Studies (IAS) is hosting an open house event on Friday 26 January, 10.30am – 3.30pm, at International House.

Come along at any point during the day to find out how you can engage with the IAS to bring new international fellows to Loughborough, build new collaborations or develop existing ones across a range of opportunities and programmes.

You will be able to meet and chat to previous fellow hosts and IAS theme leads, as well as the newly appointed IAS Academic Advisory Board.

There will also be an opportunity to bid farewell to the current Director of the IAS, Professor Marsha Meskimmon, who is retiring from the University at the end of January 2024, and meet the newly appointed Director.

All are welcome, with refreshments available throughout.

A full schedule for the day can be found here. To give an idea of numbers for catering, please select tickets based on the time slots you would roughly like to come along to.

You can choose tickets for multiple time slots and can join all day if you wish.

More information about the IAS, including opportunities for collaboration, can be found on their website.
