Graduate Management Trainee Scheme: Applications now open

Loughborough University is excited to offer a paid three-year graduate scheme for new or recent graduates of Loughborough University, or existing employees of the University who meet the criteria.

This position is designed to develop individuals for roles in higher education leadership and management. Over the three-year period, the Graduate Management Trainees will undertake a range of placements across the University, working closely with schools and the most senior leaders of the University.

Graduate Management Trainees will engage with tailored development activities and have access to mentors for support. This position offers a starting salary of £27,979; upon completion of the scheme, trainees will have acquired skills to apply for management roles at Loughborough or other universities.

Applications are currently open and will close on Friday 1 March 2024. The selection process will also entail an online assessment centre on Tuesday 19 March 2024, and subsequent panel interviews on Tuesday 23 April 2024.
