Take part in the upcoming LSU Action Community Fun Day

Loughborough Students’ Union (LSU) Action is excited to once again be holding its Community Fun Day on Sunday 19 May, from 12pm-4pm, outside of the Students’ Union Building.

LSU Action has previously held the event on an annual basis with the help of student volunteers who assist with the organisation beforehand and provide support on the day.

The event is set to be a fun-filled occasion with a wide variety of activities including a petting zoo, face painting and a fun fair. There will also be a craft market as well as a range of stalls, games, and a Punch and Judy show to enjoy.

If you’re a staff member or student who creates and sells handmade goods in your spare time, you’re invited to join the craft market at the Community Fun Day. Whether you’re a baker, a painter, a wood carver or a knitter, we encourage any member of our community to take part.

There is a nonrefundable charge of £20 to secure a stall or £5 if the money raised at the stall is being donated to charity. Apply for a stall using the online form.

Admission to the event and most of the activities available will be free of charge, making it an inexpensive and fun day for everyone in the local community.
