By this time, Chris will have been in post for 13 years and will have completed three successful terms for three different Vice-Chancellors. Chris has been at the heart of many significant achievements for the University.
Chris will continue as Provost for the coming academic year. We will celebrate and recognise Chris’s many achievements at the end of his tenure. He has been awarded a University Fellowship starting next summer and will use this to work on a number of projects, some in support of the university strategy and others in mathematics.
The process for appointing a new Provost and Deputy Vice-Chancellor will commence with consultation through Council and Senate.
