The Social and Support Network is led by a group of postgraduate researchers and aims to create an environment where Doctoral Researchers can reach out and spend time with one another on a weekly basis. The Network meets every Tuesday lunchtime in the Graduate House training room from 12pm-1pm. Additionally, the Network also invites members to take part in its weekly evening run on Wednesdays at 6pm (starting from Loughborough Students’ Union). The group organises a range of other social events throughout the year including craft nights, film screenings, and trips out to places in and around Loughborough.
