The programme works closely with organisations to develop exclusive opportunities, and support students with applications. There are also several limited bursaries available to the organisation to fund the role.

This year Talent Match is made up of two programmes:

Micro Internships: Launching in February

• 40-hour long internships
• Fully funded (£400) – equates to students being paid £10 per hour
• Aimed at Year 1 and Year 2 students
• Project-based work that is flexible and can be split across a number of weeks - (typically 4-8 weeks)

Graduate Internships: Launching in April

• 4 weeks, 35 hours a week (140 hours in total)
• Fully funded (£1,350)
• Aimed at 2021 and 2022 graduates
