Planned maintenance: Telephone system – Monday 14 February

On Monday 14 February, IT Services will be carrying out maintenance on the campus telephone system. The work is scheduled to take place between 8am-12pm with no expected interruption to service.

In the event of an interruption to service, inbound calls to your number from off-campus may be affected. Internal and outgoing calls will operate as normal.

Stakeholders who have been identified as receiving high volume external calls have been consulted and have since been provided with an alternative number to publicise and use in the unlikely event of any problems.

A further notification will be posted to the internal news feed when the maintenance has successfully been completed.
