Upcoming student wellbeing sessions

The Student Wellbeing and Inclusivity Team are running group sessions to support students with their wellbeing throughout their time at university.

On Wednesday 24 November the following sessions are taking place:

New sessions are added to the student workshops and events page regularly.

Registration is now open for the second 12-week course of Hashtag Me, starting on 13 December. This course enables you to meet with like-minded students and receive support to improve your wellbeing. You can sign up here.

The popular wellbeing walks will also start again from 8 December. The walks start from Pilkington Library at 1.45pm. Please ensure you wear comfortable and practical clothing as the route goes through woodland.
