During his long career at Loughborough, David taught on many undergraduate and postgraduate modules and carried out extensive research in Communications Networks before retiring in 2015.  

David’s funeral will take place on Tuesday 30 November. There will be a service from 2.30pm at St Botolph’s Church (Church Gate, Shepshed, LE12 9RJ) and at 3.30pm at Loughborough Crematorium (Leicester Road, Loughborough, LE11 2AF).
