Meditation is an experience that can positively impact your overall wellbeing and whether you’re new to meditation or have been practising for years, a short calming guided meditation can be incredibly helpful and set you up for the day ahead.
The theme for the next meditation will be ‘New Beginnings and Looking Forward’ as we enter 2021 following a very unusual year.
The upcoming sessions are as follows:

- 24 June 9.30am-9.45am
