New Archibus system launched by Estates and Facilities Management

The new Archibus system for reporting maintenance work requests has just been launched. Schools and Departments have nominated key contacts who will report maintenance requests on behalf of their areas.

Your manager will be able to confirm who the nominated users of your School or Service are.

The new system incorporates additional features such as:

  • Prioritisation of maintenance requests according to urgency
  • Automatic updates on maintenance requests being worked on
  • A feedback process for users when work is completed.
