If any problems still persist then please contact the Helpdesk and a member of the FM team will be sent out to effect repairs.

The fault has been identified and the team have contracted works that will repair the issue, currently planned for this Thursday (12 March). The University should see no further disruption to power during these repairs and full resilience will follow.

We understand that a number of areas suffered disruptions to normal business. FM will be looking at the worst affected areas and will investigate opportunities to improve processes and procedures to minimise the future impact of such unforeseen power disruptions.
