The session will run between 6.30-9.30pm and will provide tips on nutrition, exercise and relaxation that will help those going through the menopause. It is being run in support of Hope Against Cancer – a local cancer charity.
Tickets are £10 and advanced booking is required. All attendees will receive a free t-shirt and goody bag.
