During the work, there will be a number of outages of around fifteen minutes to wireless networking across both campuses. Devices connected to the eduroam Wi-Fi network will experience intermittent or loss of connectivity while the work is being carried out.

There will also be partial loss of service to the wired network, HallNet in the following locations: Robert Bakewell, Elvyn Richards, Hazlerigg Rutland, John Phillips and Claudia Parsons.

If you are on campus, where possible, we recommend users connect devices to the wired network while the work is being carried out.
