Status update: Intermittent Wi-Fi connectivity issues
IT Services staff have been actively monitoring the busiest locations on campus and have altered some configuration settings to ensure the Wi-Fi network has remained stable with the large volume of devices using the network each day.

This week, we were experiencing some issues with the water supply to part of the Holywell Park area of campus.

Loughborough University is a key part of the history of Leicester Riders basketball club. The Riders men’s team were founded at the University in 1967 by a group of students and they played their home games on campus whilst their stadium, Mattioli Arena, was under construction.

Loughborough is taking part in an Urban Changemakers Programme along with the University of Leicester and De Montfort University (DMU) as part of the Universities Partnership.
LGBT+ Staff Support Sessions Autumn Term
LGBT+ Staff Support Sessions will be available for Loughborough staff and PGR students throughout the Autumn Term (October-December).
Important: Windows 10 Staff Managed Service (laptop and desktop devices) action required before 31 October
IT Services are carrying out the final phase of the Windows 11 upgrade on University-owned devices. Devices that remain on the Windows 10 service without a valid exemption pose a security risk to University systems and data.
