Women in Enterprise Conference 2026: Celebrating female innovation and leadership

The Women in Enterprise Conference returns on Saturday 7 March, celebrating innovation, resilience, and the transformative power of female leadership.

Hosted by the Loughborough Enterprise Network, the event will take place from 9.30am-4pm at the West Park Teaching Hub, bringing together entrepreneurs, industry experts, and aspiring leaders for a day of inspiration and practical insight.  

Attendees will hear from a diverse line-up of speakers, including: 

  • Danielle Davis, First Enterprise 
  • Anna Brightman, UpCircle Beauty 
  • Ally McDonald Alonso, APHM Ltd  

Participants will also take part in hands-on workshops designed to build skills and confidence: 

  • ‘Do it well or don’t do it at all: How to be exceptional at what you do’ – Sri Holland 
  • ‘Smarter Tech, Better Fit: How AI is shaping the future’ – Izzy Mintus 
  • ‘Funding Without Fear: Building financial confidence for your business and life’ – Natasha Bonsu 

The programme also features a thought-provoking panel discussion on ‘Challenges of securing the money in your business’. 

The conference provides an opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, exchange ideas, and gain insights from successful women who have conquered challenges in the entrepreneurial world.
