University Road closure – Tuesday 10 February

Due to the rapid deterioration of some of the road surfaces on the University campus, we need to undertake several emergency repairs, which will require a section of University Road to be closed for a period of time.

The repair work will take place at two locations on University Road – by the Paddock Pitch and Manzoni building. University Road will therefore be closed from the bottom of Manzoni Hill to the entrance of Pilkington Library car park on Tuesday 10 February from 6am to 7.30am. 

Estates and Facilities Management staff will be on campus throughout the task, supervising the works, which are being undertaken by an external contractor.
