#Me is an external student support initiative developed by Loughborough Business School alum Megan Gamble. The free-to-access course has been designed by students, for students and is peer led to ensure it is relatable and easy to engage with.
#Me is an opportunity to:
- improve your wellbeing, resilience, self-awareness and confidence
- learn new coping strategies and form healthy habits
- form connections in a supportive and relatable student community
- develop your employable skills, improve self-reflection and enhance your CV
- complete areas of the Personal Best Badge
The course is available to and beneficial for all undergraduate students, including foundation year and those on placement, as well as postgraduate students and doctoral researchers. Sessions are held for an hour a week online or in-person across the Loughborough campus, with a broad selection of timeslots to fit every schedule. Once signed up, you’ll be allocated to a group with around five other like-minded students to meet over a 12-week period starting 2 March 2026.
Each week, you’ll explore a different topic in a relaxed, supportive environment where you can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable. Two trained student volunteers will provide guidance and practical resources to support your wellbeing. At the end of the course, you’ll be awarded a completion certificate. Taking the time to better yourself through #Me will also support your professional development when applying for and working within your professional life.
98% of the 5,000+ attendees who have been involved over the past seven years recommended #Me to their friends and coursemates, with many saying it has been “life-changing”. Read the student reviews online.
