The Graduate Management Trainee Scheme is designed to nurture potential, build leadership capability and provide a deep understanding of how our world-class University operates. Below are the new GMT cohort and their placements:
- Arun Bhogal – Loughborough Sport
- Jessica Hodkinson – Strategic Planning
- Lizzy Watkins – Academic Registry
- Oriana Kokou-Tchri-Fasser – Library

Richard Taylor, Chief Operating Officer, stated: “I am really pleased to welcome the latest cohort of Graduate Management Trainees to Loughborough University. We thank them for choosing to be part of this important scheme which is designed to give a structured, supportive and impactful introduction to higher education leadership and management.”
Learning and Development project leader for Talent Programmes Kirsty Bramley co-ordinates the scheme. She commented: “I’m proud of how the programme contributes towards our University - bringing fresh perspectives, energy and creativity. In return, our Graduate Management Trainees have opportunities to learn, make meaningful connections and begin to shape their futures.
