Request to check desktop computers are fully working

Staff using University-managed desktops and laptops have been experiencing issues since last Thursday when trying to connect to the wired or wireless networks on campus.

Please can you check that any desktop computers you have access to, including those used for teaching, are fully working. This is particularly important for desktop computers which are usually turned off and may not have received updates over the last week. 

Note: IT Services have already checked all the centrally managed computer labs, and Mac computers were not impacted. 

If your desktop PC has disconnected from the wired network and you are unable to reconnect, please complete this form.
