As a result, there will be a complete outage to the Imago Wi-Fi and wired network service for up to two hours between 7am and 9am.
The Imago network will be unavailable and devices connected to these networks will experience a loss of connectivity whilst the upgrade is being carried out. Users will be required to reconnect devices once the upgrade has been completed.
