The University is launching a new community e-newsletter, to share important dates, information and stories from the campus with local residents.
Flags around Loughborough
Over the last few days, Union Flags and St George’s Flags have appeared around Loughborough. Overnight, a number have appeared along Epinal Way, including adjacent to the entrance. All the flags are on the highway and not University land. Therefore, they fall under the responsibility of the County Council.
Car park closures during Arrival Week
Please note that new students will be arriving for the new academic year from Monday 22 to Wednesday 24 September. To assist with their arrival into halls, the following car parks will be closed on the following days.

Implementation of the annual pay uplift 2025/26
Following the update at the end of August regarding the annual pay award, as confirmed previously, a 1.4% uplift will be applied to all spine points. This will be implemented in the September payroll and backdated to 1 August.
