Last week, Loughborough University held its annual PhD Awards, an event dedicated to recognising the outstanding achievements and contributions of individuals within the Doctoral Researcher (DR) community across the two campuses.

In July, Andy Motch, Partnership Development Manager at the University, Mountain Leader, and brain aneurysm survivor, led 20 hikers, along with three other mountain leaders, to the highest point in the Peak District, in support of the charity Hereditary Brain Aneurysm Support.

As many postgraduate students are coming to the end of their academic year, you may be starting to pack your belongings for your journey home. Instead of throwing away items you no longer want or need, you can donate them to the University’s Give ‘n’ Go scheme instead.
