Staff Experience Survey 6-27 November

Don’t forget to take part in the Staff Experience Survey

The Staff Experience Survey is an important opportunity for us to measure how satisfied you are working at the University as well as providing you with an opportunity to have your say on the things that matter most to you.

The feedback we receive will help us to focus on the things that are most important to staff and prioritise areas for improvement. The data will also be used to improve working conditions and practices and, ultimately, the employee experience we provide.

We're delighted to say 44% of colleagues have completed the survey so far – thank you to those who have taken part this year.

If you have not taken part in the survey, you can participate in the survey now.

Posters and postcards with QR codes have been distributed across communal staff areas on campus so you can take part in the survey from your mobile device. Additionally, dedicated drop-in survey sessions have been arranged for areas with a high number of operational staff.

The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and covers questions around the subjects of wellbeing, values, recognition, leadership, development, EDI, and overall job satisfaction.

As a thank you for taking part, a donation will be made to Eden Reforestation Projects for every individual who completes the survey.

The survey will remain open until Sunday 15 December.

More information about this year’s Staff Experience Survey, including a list of FAQs, can be found on thededicated webpage.
