Vote for Loughborough Doctoral Researcher in the National Three Minute Thesis (3MT®) competition

On Friday 15 September, Ridzuan A-Rasid, a Doctoral Researcher at the University, will compete in the 2023 Vitae Three Minute Thesis (3MT®) competition.

This is the first time a Doctoral Researcher from Loughborough University has progressed to the national final of the Three Minute Thesis competition.

Developed by the University of Queensland, Australia, the Three Minute Thesis challenges candidates to present their research topic in only three minutes to a non-specialist audience.

The winners will be announced during a live stream on 15 September, 12pm-12.45pm. The People’s Choice award is then decided by public vote once all six finalists have presented. To vote, please register on the Vitae website ahead of the event where you will receive a link to the live stream.

All members of the Loughborough University community are welcome to attend a special watch party in the Design School at 12pm on 15 September, with the option of joining online.
