Student wellbeing drop-in sessions

The Student Wellbeing team will be running wellbeing drop-in sessions from 2 - 13 October, 10am-2pm in Bridgeman Building, BRI 0.01.

Students are welcome to drop in with any queries they may have and to find out about the support that is available at the University.

The drop-in sessions offer quick advice or guidance on mental health and wellbeing.

Some areas you may wish to discuss are:

  • General wellbeing concerns (including low mood, anxiety, stress)
  • Course-related problems (where wellbeing is impacted)
  • To hear about what other support is available at the University

Please don’t feel your concerns need to be managed alone, there are lots of options for support at Loughborough University. The Wellbeing Team is here to support you with problems that may impact you on your academic journey. The team may also help to connect you with another team or service that is better able to do so.

The drop-in sessions are being held in the Bridgeman Building, BRI 0.01. If you cannot see where to go when you enter the building, please speak to reception and they will point you in the right direction.
