Apply now for the Hashtag Me wellbeing and resilience course for students

Hashtag Me is an external student support initiative developed by Loughborough Business School alumna, Megan Gamble.

The programme involves meeting a small group of like-minded students for one hour per week. These #Me meetings provide an opportunity to discuss aspects of mental health and wellbeing, share common issues, implement healthy coping strategies, and build resilience.

Groups can meet online or in person Monday to Thursday at a variety of time slots, including evenings, to fit your schedule.

Feedback from students who have completed the course has been positive, with participants feeling part of a community, more confident, and better equipped to handle difficult situations and emotions. You can read the student reviews online.

There will be four courses offered during the academic year, you can now sign up for the first course starting the week commencing Monday 30 October.

Each peer group has two voluntary student facilitators who receive full training from #Me beforehand and will receive support throughout the course. Facilitating is a valuable opportunity to help fellow students, develop your personal and transferable skills, widen your experiences, and enhance your CV.

If you are interested in participating in or facilitating one of the courses, you can sign up here. The deadline to sign up for this course is Friday 20 October, 5pm.

You can find out more information about the course online and if you have any questions, please email info@hashtagme.com.
