These new payment routes include:

• An increase to the single transaction limit on all purchase cards of £5,000
• A new online and dynamic CAAF form for all purchases over £10,000
• Sundry purchase orders which allow a purchase order to be raised without a supplier set up for purchases below £10,000 for UK bank accounts
• T-code suppliers for purchases below £10,000 to non-UK accounts
• The unblocking of all categories on Amazon Business.

Members of the University Finance network have been notified of the changes and invited to attend training sessions which ran throughout August.

Details of all changes will be made available on the Finance Office Website from 4 September. Here, there will also be a ‘Which route to use’ tool to help you identify which of the new purchasing routes is most appropriate.
