Upcoming focus groups: Racialised minority staff on fixed-term contracts

The University is on an exciting journey to advance race equity, diversity, and inclusion across both of our campuses.

To make the University a truly equitable place for all staff, it is essential to consider and then act on the barriers that prevent employment progression in the University. This important issue is reflected in the University’s Race Equality Action Plan.

As part of this work, racialised minority staff are invited to a series of focus groups to contribute to discussions around the organisational barriers to progression.
