The Enhanced Academic Practice team is delighted to announce the return of another ‘Spotlight on...’ session.

This popular initiative aims to:

  • Showcase excellent teaching practice at the University
  • Inspire others to become innovative in their teaching practice
  • Enhance the learning experiences of our students
  • Build a thriving and dynamic learning and teaching community.

The next event will take place on Wednesday 6 April, 12pm-1.45pm, and will focus on a distinctive, inclusive Loughborough experience.

There will be a compilation of reflective presentations provided by colleagues from across the University followed by a Q&A panel discussion. Topics include:

  • ‘The Employability Experiences of Loughborough University Students with Autism Spectrum Conditions’ - Dr Clive Trusson and Dr Cheryl Travers (School of Business and Economics)
  • 'Developing skills throughout every stage of the student lifecycle: Closing the Gap(s) with the Student Success Academy' - Dr Sophie-Louise Hyde (Careers Network)
  • 'Making Space for BAME Student Leadership’ - Dr Angela Dy (Loughborough University London)

The 'Spotlight on' series is dual delivered and available to all staff and Doctoral Researchers from both campuses who are involved in teaching (directly or indirectly) to attend.
