Respected sport leader to deliver open lecture this Thursday

Matt Rogan, the Co-Founder of sports agency Two Circles and Non-Executive Director of the English Institute of Sport, will deliver an open lecture on campus this Thursday (10 March).

This interactive session will include content covered by Matt in his recent book, ‘All to Play For: How Sport Can Reboot Our Future’.

Drawing on interviews with a diverse range of sports insiders – including fitness guru Joe Wicks, the founder of Black Trail Runners Sonny Peart, the mind behind the viral 'This Girl Can' campaign, Tanya Joseph, and running-obsessed rockstar Johnny Marr – All to Play For dives into the past, present and future of the industry to show how sport can play a key role in a post-pandemic world.

The book finishes with ten predictions for the future of sport and exercise. These ’10 Predictions’ create a framework for an entertaining discussion session with senior leaders in companies inside and outside of sport. Matt has already run sessions for groups as diverse as Premier League Football teams and Business Schools, Global NGOs and Primary Schools (the latter being the biggest challenge!)

The free to attend lecture takes place on Thursday 10th March, between 10:00-12:00 noon in SMB.0.14 (Stewart Mason building).
