Nominations reopen for LSU Education Volunteer Positions

If you missed the opportunity to apply the first time around, students now have until Friday 28 May to apply for a wide variety of education volunteer positions (except for the roles of Committee Chair and Vice-Chair, which close on 24 May).

The following positions are available:

  • School Presidents (for Bioengineering, Psychology, Natural Sciences, and Creative Arts)
  • Committee Chairs
  • Vice-Chairs
  • Student Involvement Officers (SIO)

If you want to find out more information about the different roles, you can check out testimonials from our existing volunteers here.

By volunteering, you’ll be helping to improve the academic experience, benefitting other students on your programme and within your Department and School. It’s also a great opportunity to meet new people, hone your existing skills and develop new ones too – helping to make your CV stand out from the crowd.

It’s crucial these positions exist and the right people take on these roles to enhance the student-staff partnership and contribute to the overall student experience at Loughborough.
