Opportunity to take part in upcoming Reward and Recognition focus groups

Colleagues who would like to contribute to developing the University’s Reward and Recognition Framework are invited to participate in some focus groups which will take place next month.

Project Expectations is one of the University’s six enabling projects to support the University Strategy agreed by Council in March 2022. Reward and Recognition is a workstream within this project that seeks to enhance how we recognise and value our staff by aligning reward and recognition with our strategic priorities and values whilst ensuring a transparent, inclusive framework for our diverse staff.

The focus groups will be hosted by Colette Cloete (Reward and Benefits Manager and Reward and Recognition workstream lead) and will present a unique opportunity to collaboratively shape and develop the University’s Reward and Recognition Framework.

The focus groups will be held on the following dates:

  • Monday 15 April, 3.15pm-4.15pm, U112, Brockington Building
  • Tuesday 16 April, 11.15am-12.15pm, LDS018, Loughborough Design School
