How do I change my vehicle details?
You can update your vehicle details on the parking system. Log in and click on the payment history tile and you’ll then see the option to change the vehicle associated with your permit.

How do I cancel my permit?
Log into the parking system and click on “Payment History”. From here, select Season Tickets and click the permit you wish to cancel. If there is a refund due, this will be processed in 5-7 working days.
What if someone just drops me off or picks me up from campus – will they have to pay?
There is a 30-minute grace period to allow people to drop off, pick up or to read the parking signage and depart if they do not agree to the conditions.
Renewing a Student Permit
If you haven't selected auto renewal for your permit you will need to submit a new document for approval: please follow the below process.
- Step 1: Visit the https://loughboroughuniversity.apcoa.com/
- Step 2: Choose ‘Loughborough University Login’.
- Step 3: Login using your university credentials. Please note: If you login off campus, you will need access to the VPN and will be required to use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Step 4: Choose ‘Document Upload Management’.
- Step 5: Upload a copy of your student ID card.
- Step 6: Select ‘Submit New Document’. Until your documents have been approved by the Parking Team, you cannot proceed with your permit application. You will receive a confirmation email when your document has been approved.
- Step 7: Once your new permit has been approved you can select the auto renewal option.
