How do I submit a Service Request?
Please use the link above to submit service request via the Archibus system.
In the case of an emergency call the Helpdesk, or Security if out of hours - in a situation where if not attended to immediately, could damage a building or presents a significant Health and Safety Risk.
What happens to my Service Request?
Your service request is sent to the relevant section for actioning. You can follow the progress of your requests by following the steps:
- Log in to Archibus
- Click the "View Maintenance Service Requests" link in the left-hand navigation
- View currently active Service Requests on the "Select" tab
- Click the "Select" button on a request to view the details
- Historical work requests can be viewed by selecting the Archived tab
How long will it take to complete my Service Request?
Work is completed on a first-come-first-served basis with urgent requests being prioritised.

Will I receive update notifications?
You can log in to Archibus and view the status of your Service Request at any time.
How do I see other Service Requests in my building?
Only staff with Building Administrator access can see all Service Requests for a building or set of buildings. This is allocated to a nominated staff member for each School or Professional Service.
